This flight features Lillie's Q Gold Sauce, which is a South Carolina mustard based BBQ sauce that is practically made to go with our Kurobuta pork.
The Brisket Pepper and Q Rub from Lillie's Q are the ideal simple seasonings to let the flavor of the meat shine through while still elevating the flavor of the final product. We used both seasonings on a Boneless Pork Loin Roast before smoking it for pulled pork with Gold Sauce and the end result was mouthwatering (recipe here).
