These burgers are sourced from Tajima American Wagyu, which humanely raises its cattle and feeds them a proprietary blend of Japanese Wagyu diet with Midwest ingredients. The blend for these burgers then includes brisket, short-rib, and sirloin meat, resulting in what we consider to be the perfect combination of flavor, fat and texture.
